Position Summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist (fresher to 3 years of experience) to join our dedicated Mental Health & Wellness team. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for patients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and therapy sessions. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, supportive therapy, and counseling. Work with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health challenges. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care. Maintain clear, confidential documentation and treatment records in accordance with hospital policies. Participate in outreach programs, mental health awareness sessions, and team meetings. Assist in developing treatment protocols and contribute to case discussions and continuous learning efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution (mandatory). RCI registration (or proof of application in process). Freshers with strong clinical internship exposure are encouraged to apply. Up to 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is desirable. Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills. Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
