Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Clinical Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment, therapy, and support for clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. This role involves working under supervision (if required by local regulations) and collaborating with other mental health professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and intake interviews. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, supportive therapy). Monitor client progress and update treatment strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, referring clients for additional support when needed. Participate in case discussions, supervision, and professional development. Promote mental health awareness and psychoeducation for clients and families.

Required Qualifications:

MSc in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution. Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant psychological association or licensing board (as per country-specific regulations). Solid understanding of psychological theories, therapeutic modalities, and ethical practice. Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and a variety of psychological conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical internship or practicum experience in a mental health setting. Training in specific therapeutic methods (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Experience with electronic health records. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
