Job Title: PsychologistJob Summary

The Psychologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. The role involves applying evidence-based psychological principles to improve clients' well-being, functioning, and quality of life while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide psychotherapy and counseling (individual, group, or family) Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, or social services as appropriate Provide crisis intervention when required Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies Adhere to ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and professional standards Participate in supervision, training, and continuing education
Qualifications

Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology (PhD, PsyD, or MSc, depending on role) Valid licensure or registration as a Psychologist (per local regulations) Completion of supervised clinical experience or internship Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and treatment methods
