Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling (individual, group, or family).
Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists for integrated care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, case notes, and progress reports.
Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Assist in developing therapeutic programs, workshops, and awareness sessions.
Stay updated with latest research, therapy techniques, and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree (M.Phil) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) license/registration (mandatory).
Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
Ability to work empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of psychometric tools and psychological testing.
Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
