To provide high-quality psychological care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues across diverse populations. This includes conducting psychometric evaluations, delivering evidence-based therapy, and developing therapeutic programs tailored to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis
o Conduct thorough clinical interviews and obtain comprehensive psychosocial histories.
o Utilize standardized psychometric and psychodiagnostic tools to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
o Formulate accurate diagnoses based on psychological testing and clinical evaluation.

Therapeutic Intervention
o Design, formulate, and implement individualized therapy modules based on evidence-based practices.
o Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy, including crisis intervention and support for various psychological conditions.
o Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans accordingly to ensure measurable outcomes.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration
o Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure integrated care.
o Serve as a liaison with referral sources, external agencies, and community support services.
4.
Documentation and Compliance
o Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinical and legal standards.
o Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with ethical and institutional guidelines.

Program Development and Training
o Develop and implement programs addressing the psychological needs of patients.
o Conduct educational sessions and workshops for patients, caregivers, and staff on mental health topics.

o Participate in clinical audits, outcome measurement, and service improvement initiatives.
o Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications
Essential:
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution (Open to freshers)
Desirable:
Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric and diagnostic tools
In-depth knowledge of psychological theories and counseling techniques
Strong formulation skills for individualized therapy plans
Effective communication, empathy, and active listening skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Competency in documentation and clinical record management
Experience
Prior clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy across various age groups
Experience in program development and group facilitation is advantageous
