We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Psychologist

to join our wellness team. In this role you will apply evidence-based psychological treatments to help clients cope with mental wellbeing. A Clinical Psychologist's core duties include meeting with patients, diagnosing conditions (e.g. anxiety, fatigue, stress, emotional eating, depression, ADHD, conception, couples therapy, etc.), and applying therapeutic techniques to help patients improve their mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities



Assessment & Diagnosis:

Conduct thorough clinical consultation and psychometric assessments to diagnose anxiety, depression etc.

Individual Therapy:

Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to clients of all ages, using evidence-based methods (e.g. CBT, DBT, mindfulness) tailored to each client's needs.

Group Therapy & Workshops:

Lead group counseling sessions and mental wellness workshops (e.g. stress management, coping skills) for clients with shared concerns.

Documentation:

Maintain clear, ethical, and confidential patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Master's degree

in: Clinical Psychology Counseling Psychology Cognitive / Behavioural Psychology Social / Applied Psychology

Clinical Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience as a clinical/counseling psychologist in a mental health setting. (Roles involving holistic health or wellness counseling are a plus.)

Licensure:

Active clinical psychologist license or certification, as per state/national regulations.

Skills:

Proven expertise in therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) and strong clinical judgment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and empathy skills are essential. Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups is expected. Excellent English Communication

Preferred Areas of Expertise



Anxiety & Depression:

Demonstrated success treating anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and related conditions.

Holistic Therapies:

Knowledge of integrative therapies (e.g. mindfulness-based stress reduction, relaxation techniques) and ability to incorporate these into treatment plans.

Couple & Relationship Therapy:

Skilled in conducting couple counseling and relationship-focused interventions, supporting communication, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being in partnerships.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
