Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; regularly monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure holistic care.
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including case notes and progress reports.
Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to patients and their families.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Assist in designing and delivering therapeutic programs, workshops, and awareness sessions.
Stay updated with the latest research, therapy techniques, and best ethical practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree (M.Phil) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
Valid
RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)
registration/license (mandatory).
Prior experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
Ability to work empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
High standard of professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
