Key Responsibilities
Support the client admission process through psychological case history taking.
Conduct individual therapy sessions (minimum 3 sessions per week per client, based on need).
Facilitate family therapy and counselling sessions as required.
Coordinate with Psychiatrists, RMO/RP, Case Managers, and Neurofeedback consultants.
Administer and interpret psychological assessments and rating scales.
Plan post-care sessions and contribute to discharge summaries.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and session plans.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and weekly reviews.
Provide immediate psychological support during client crises.
Qualifications
M.Phil Clinical Psychology
RCI Registration - Mandatory
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
