Job Description

Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews. Provide individual, group, or family therapy as required. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Offer expert consultation to clients, caregivers, or multidisciplinary teams. Interpret psychological test results and prepare detailed reports. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and documentation. Adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and legal requirements. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other professionals. Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies. Stay updated with current research, therapies, and best practices in psychology. Participate in case discussions, supervision, or peer reviews if required. Provide recommendations for workplace, academic, or lifestyle adjustments. Support organizational mental health initiatives (if in corporate/consulting setup).
