Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case formulations Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans Manage patients with mental health, emotional, and behavioral disorders Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to patients and caregivers Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and RCI guidelines

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Empathy, patience, and professional integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
