Qualification



M. Phil in Clinical Psychology RCI Registration Experience in clinical psychology, preferably in a child development sector. Strong diagnostic and assessment skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.



Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and cognitive functioning. Administer standardized assessments and clinical interviews to identify diagnoses and treatment needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Collaborate with clients to set achievable treatment goals and monitor progress throughout therapy. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Implement interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns. Consult and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologist, social workers, and special educators. Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment strategies and share expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
