Job Description

We are seeking a

qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist

to join our dedicated mental health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a passion for patient care, and the ability to provide evidence-based psychological services to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, etc.) to children, adolescents, and adults Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Promote mental wellness and reduce stigma within the community

Requirements:

M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a RCI-recognized institution (RCI registration required) Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (freshers may also apply if licensed) Proficient in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, MET, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Multilingual skills (English + local languages) are a plus
