Job Description

Qualification:- Mphil Clinical Psychology Experience-0-1 yr

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive strengths and weaknesses in individuals with neurological conditions.

Use standardized tests, behavioral observations, and interviews to understand the impact of the neurological condition on cognitive processes such as memory, attention, language, executive functions, and visuospatial skills.

Collaborate with medical professionals, rehabilitation teams, and family members to develop individualized treatment plans and set realistic rehabilitation goals.

Design and implement cognitive rehabilitation interventions to address specific cognitive deficits identified during the assessment.

Offer coping strategies and emotional management techniques to address mood changes, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral challenges.

Regularly assess and monitor the individual's progress during rehabilitation.

Modify treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluation and observations.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive neurorehabilitation services.

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions.

Provide guidance on how to support the individual's cognitive rehabilitation at home and in their daily activities.
