New Horizons Child Development Centre is a multidisciplinary therapy and support centre dedicated to helping children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Clinical Psychologist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent psychology, and a strong commitment to supporting children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, and emotional concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children. Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with other professionals including special educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. Offer parental guidance and counseling to support family involvement in therapy. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports. Participate in case discussions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children and adolescents (internship or professional). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Experience in behavior therapy, play therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Empathetic and patient-centered approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
