to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment, therapy, and mental health support to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, ethical practice, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychotherapy sessions.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling as per client needs.
Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor progress.
Address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and behavioral issues.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and allied health professionals for integrated care.
Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and mental health training for clients and corporate partners.
Stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches in clinical psychology.
Requirements
Master's or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (recognized by RCI).
RCI registration is mandatory.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience (hospital, clinic, or corporate health setup preferred).
Strong knowledge of psychometric assessments and therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.).
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach to client care.
