Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 18 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented environment.

Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. A Psychologists responsibilities include evaluating patients and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your patients. They will interview patients and perform diagnostic tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues. Ultimately, you will provide individual treatment options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives.

Responsibilities (Night Shift):



Review clinical documentation to ensure it meets accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. Identify gaps or discrepancies and collaborate with clinical staff to correct and clarify information. Support accurate billing by resolving documentation-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare weekly reports and insights to assist leadership in decision-making. Serve as a point of contact for clinical teams, providing clarification, guidance, and support. Monitor trends, highlight recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements and training initiatives. Promote a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all centers.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Psychology

required

; Master's degree

preferred

. Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health documentation

strongly preferred

. Strong attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks. Clear communication skills and an interest in quality improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
