Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 18 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented environment.

Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. A Psychologists responsibilities include evaluating patients and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your patients. They will interview patients and perform diagnostic tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues. Ultimately, you will provide individual treatment options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards. Identify areas that need clarification or correction and work with clinical staff to resolve them. Support billing accuracy by helping teams correct documentation-related issues. Prepare weekly summaries and insights that help leadership make informed decisions. Communicate with clinical teams to answer questions, clarify expectations, and offer guidance. Track trends, spot recurring issues, and help develop improved processes and training. Contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous learning across our centers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology

required

; Master's degree

preferred

. Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health documentation

strongly preferred

. Strong attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks. Clear communication skills and an interest in quality improvement.

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
