Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based treatment for spine, disc, nerve, and chronic pain conditions
Eligibility

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on physiotherapy experience Experience in spine, orthopaedic, or neuro rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical fundamentals and patient-handling skills Comfortable working in structured, protocol-driven systems Professional communication and team-oriented mindset Performance-based growth and responsibility progression Follow standardized clinical protocols with accuracy and discipline Maintain consistent treatment quality in a high-volume setting Monitor patient progress and report clinical findings clearly to senior clinicians Educate patients on posture, exercises, and recovery compliance Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere strictly to SOPs, safety standards, and internal workflows Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations Learn and apply WellPhy's clinical systems, technology, and care philosophy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
