Deliver physiotherapy treatments for

spine, disc-related, nerve compression, and chronic pain conditions

in line with established clinical protocols Execute treatment plans with accuracy, safety, and consistency Observe patient response during sessions and communicate relevant clinical observations within the care team Reinforce patient education related to posture, precautions, and recovery Work closely within a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated patient care Participate in case discussions, clinical reviews, and learning sessions Contribute to maintaining consistency across treatment quality and patient experience Maintain accurate and timely

clinical documentation and treatment records

Follow internal workflows, SOPs, and quality standards Support smooth patient flow in a high-volume clinical setting Gain proficiency in WellPhy's

clinical protocols, technologies, and treatment philosophy

Demonstrate clinical reliability, adaptability, and learning agility Progress toward higher clinical responsibility based on performance and competence

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on physiotherapy experience

Exposure to

musculoskeletal / spine / neuro rehabilitation

preferred Strong clinical fundamentals and patient-handling confidence Openness to structured systems and standardized care models Professional communication and team-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
