Job Description

The Clinical Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunctions. The role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving functional ability, and enhancing overall quality of life through evidence-based clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as required Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture, exercises, and self-care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines Supervise junior therapists, interns, or therapy assistants when required Stay updated with current best practices and advancements in physical therapy
