Review, verify, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive medications according to established protocols.
Participate in chemotherapy preparation, dose calculations, and safety checks.
Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and toxicity.
Provide drug information and evidence-based recommendations to oncologists and the multidisciplinary team.
Assist in developing and updating chemotherapy protocols and treatment guidelines.
Participate in ward rounds and clinical case discussions for oncology patients.
Ensure compliance with international oncology standards (NCCN, ESMO, ASCO, etc.).
Patient Care & Education:
Counsel patients and caregivers on chemotherapy, supportive care, side effect management, and adherence.
Provide information on safe handling, administration, and storage of cancer medications.
Support palliative care and pain management services with appropriate pharmacological advice.
