Internship Overview:

Naruvi Hospitals is inviting applications from Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) students and recent graduates for a

3-month paid internship

program. This opportunity provides immersive clinical exposure and hands-on training in various aspects of hospital pharmacy and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in clinical rounds and support the healthcare team in medication-related decision-making. Assist with patient counseling, medication reconciliation, and therapeutic drug monitoring. Identify and document adverse drug reactions (ADR) and potential drug interactions. Collaborate with the clinical pharmacy team for reviewing and validating prescriptions. Contribute to patient safety initiatives and pharmacy quality improvement programs. Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pharm D students in their final year or recent graduates. Strong academic background and interest in clinical pharmacy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative healthcare setting.
