Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe and effective medication use, provide patient counseling, and support clinical teams with pharmacological expertise.
Responsibilities:
Review prescriptions for accuracy and suitabilityMonitor drug therapy and suggest interventionsCounsel patients on medication use and side effectsReport and prevent adverse drug reactionsCollaborate with doctors and nurses for optimal treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Pharm.D with hospital experience preferredStrong clinical knowledge and communication skills
