We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a dental background to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate is a qualified dentist (BDS) who understands clinical workflows and can efficiently manage clinic administration, staff coordination, sterilisation protocols, and social media presence.

Job Title: Operations Manager (Dental Clinic) - BDS Graduate mandatory

Experience: 1-3 years (Fresh BDS graduates with strong management skills may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations & Coordination:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. Monitor patient flow, appointments, and billing efficiency. Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and infection control practices. Coordinate with consultants and ensure timely patient care.

Attendance & Staff Management:

Maintain attendance records and leave management of all staff. Manage scheduling, discipline, and performance of support staff. Conduct periodic training and motivation sessions for the team.

Sterilization Oversight:

Supervise proper sterilization and disinfection procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols (CDC/MOH guidelines).

4.? ?Social Media & Marketing:

Manage clinic's Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, reels, testimonials). Plan and post regular updates, offers, and patient education content. Monitor engagement and work with designers or influencers if needed.

5.? ?Inventory & Supplies:

Maintain inventory of dental materials and consumables. Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) - Mandatory Prior experience in clinic or hospital administration preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of basic social media management (Canva, Instagram, etc.) Leadership qualities with a problem-solving approach Preferred Skills: Time management and multitasking Friendly and patient-centered attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of dental equipment and procedures Tech-savvy and creative with content ideas
