Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead daily operations, manage KPIs, enhance patient experience, and build efficient systems--similar to top-tier dental practices in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and clinical workflows
Implement and manage SOPs, KPIs, and performance metrics
Ensure high chair utilization, case acceptance, and revenue efficiency
Deliver a 5-star patient experience from inquiry to follow-up
Lead, train, and manage front office and clinical support staff
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead conversion and premium case flow
Ensure compliance, inventory control, and smooth vendor coordination
Requirements
5+ years experience in dental / healthcare operations (premium setup preferred)
Strong understanding of dental KPIs and clinic systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and patient-handling skills
Startup mindset with attention to detail
Tech-savvy with clinic software and reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
