Job Description

Perform detailed nutrition screening and risk identification for inpatients and outpatients Interpret medical reports, lab values, and physician notes to guide nutrition decisions Design condition-specific diet plans aligned with medical treatment protocols Deliver one-on-one nutrition counseling and follow-up sessions Monitor clinical nutrition indicators and adjust interventions based on patient response Support enteral and oral nutrition planning when required Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease-specific nutrition management Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals Maintain compliant and audit-ready clinical nutrition documentation Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Nutrition assessment and care planning Patient counseling and education Clinical documentation Evidence-based practice Time management and organizational skills Empathy and patient-centered care
