: Developing tailored dietary plans to:
Promote healing with adequate proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Manage risk factors like hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol through heart-healthy diets.
Address swallowing challenges by recommending modified textures or liquid diets.
Monthly Menu planning
: Monthly changing the menu and vegetables menu planning according to the Calorie requirements of the patients to prevent monopoly.
Grocery purchase
: Making the list of grocery needed for the month and review the quality of the items to be checked on monthly periodic basis.
Auditing and checking the kitchen
on daily visit basis, Supervising the Maintenance of the cleanliness and quality of the food preparing condition and taste etc.
Patient and Family Education
: Guiding patients and their families on healthy eating habits, portion control, and reading food labels to make informed dietary choices.
Monitoring and Adjustments
: Regularly reviewing and refining dietary plans based on patients' progress and changing health needs and patient feedbacks on the food provided.
Collaboration
: Working closely with healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and nurses, to align nutrition strategies with overall rehabilitation goals.
