We are looking for a
dedicated and empathetic Clinical Nutritionist
with strong counselling skills to deliver
online nutrition consultations
and support clients in achieving sustainable health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
telecounselling sessions
to assess clients' health goals, dietary habits, preferences, and restrictions
Create and implement
personalized nutrition and diet plans
Maintain accurate client records with strong computer and data entry skills
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide
holistic patient care
Conduct regular
follow-ups
to track progress and adherence to diet plans
Motivate and guide clients to ensure long-term compliance with nutrition guidelines
Evaluate counselling effectiveness by monitoring health improvements and relevant medical conditions
