As a Clinical Nutritionist in our Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in developing evidence-based nutritional formulas and cutting-edge tools that empower customers to achieve better health outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including food scientists, engineers, and software developers, to translate scientific knowledge into practical, effective, and user-friendly food-based solutions, aligning with our mission to foster equitable and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

Formula Development

: Lead the research and development of nutritional formulas for functional foods, supplements, and other health-focused products to address specific health conditions and promote overall wellness.

Tool Creation

: Design and implement digital tools, such as mobile apps or web platforms, that provide personalized nutrition advice, dietary tracking, and health monitoring to enhance customer engagement and health outcomes.

Clinical Research

: Conduct or oversee clinical studies and trials to validate the efficacy and safety of nutritional interventions and products, ensuring robust scientific backing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with software developers, data scientists, and food technologists to integrate nutritional science into technological solutions, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences.

Research and Innovation

: Stay current with advancements in nutrition science, food technology, and digital health trends to inform product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all products and tools comply with regulatory standards, including food safety and health regulations, to meet industry requirements.

Customer Education

: Develop educational content and resources to help customers understand and utilize our products effectively, enhancing their health literacy.

Market Analysis

: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and user feedback to guide the evolution of our product portfolio and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Project Management

: Participate in cross-functional projects to bring products from concept to market, ensuring they align with Manaspurti Technologies' mission of fostering equitable and sustainable development.
Qualifications

Education

: Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.

Certification

: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or equivalent certification.

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in nutritional research, product development, or clinical nutrition, with a proven track record in developing and launching nutritional products.

Technical Skills

: Strong understanding of clinical nutrition, food processing, formulation, and sensory science. Familiarity with clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory compliance.

Digital Proficiency

: Knowledge of digital health tools, data analysis, and statistical software to support the development of tech-based solutions.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Adaptability

: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
