I. JOB DETAILS

Clinical Nutritionist/Sr. Clinical Nutritionist

II. JOB PURPOSE
Organize and deliver dietary services in a comprehensive manner for the hospital that helps in patient's recovery and to provide guidance to patients on Dietary habits.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities -

• To effectively interface with the patients and their attendants / visitors and service user area heads.
• Be sensitive to the needs & allergies that a patient / attendant has.
• To demonstrate ability to follow systems and procedures for F&B department, prepare the relevant documents and sheets related to diets of patients correctly.
• Attend the patient & recommend diet to them according to ailment.
• Provide expert guidance and educate patients on various kinds of diet.
• To prepare diet chart for In-patients.
• Responsible for quality of Food and & make improvements as and when required.
• To keep track of progress of patient and change diet chart accordingly.
• Ensure high standards of Sanitation & Hygiene.
• Ensure proper follow-through of all cyclic menus.
• Ensures quality check from raw materials to finished products.
• Cordial Relationship with vendor staff.
• Quality Check on Vendors.
• Active involvement in CME's.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies.
• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
• To comply with patient safety policy.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc. / DDPHN / M.Sc., in Dietetic & Nutrition.

Experience

• 1-12 years of relevant experience in any hospital.
