I. JOB DETAILS

II. JOB PURPOSE
organize and deliver dietary services in a comprehensive manner for the hospital that Helps in patients recovery and to provide guidance to patient on Dietary habits.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities -

• Patient Care/ Customer Care/ Community Care.
• To attend to the patient & recommend diet to patient according to ailment.
• To provide expert guidance & educating patient on various kinds of diet.
• To prepare diet chart for the patient
• Process/Documentation/ Compliance
• To keep track of the progress of a patient & change the diet chart accordingly
• Responsible for quality of food and make improvements as and when required.
• Participate in CME's
• To co-ordinate with doctors of different specialties as and when required.

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables

• Timely & satisfactory answer to the patient's queries.
• Regular follow of patients diet.
• Timely maintenance of records.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications

• B Sc , PGDDPHN / DDPHN/ M Sc in Dietetics & Nutrition.

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in any hospital.

Confident, assertive, and problem solving.
Creative and Innovative.
Convincing power.
Language Skills

• English
