Summary of Position:
Alcon is looking to hire a Clinical Literature Review Specialist whose work focuses on Clinical Trial Design (Life Sciences & Education) work includes: •Designing and providing oversight of clinical research programs •Building relationships with key opinion leaders and applies their input to enhance study design and protocols •Confirming clinical research program design meets scientific objectives and is aligned with commercial needs •Serving as medical/scientific consultant to marketing or research project teams and government regulatory agencies •Establishing the criterion essential for determining the safety, efficacy, and medical utilities •Interpreting results of Phase I to Phase III investigations in preparation for new-drug or medical device application In some organizations, may serve as safety expert for individual clinical projects. May be responsible for post marketing studies.
4+ relevant experience preferred; comprehensive understanding of entire scope of Literature Review regulations, processes, and documents; works independently.
