We are seeking a smart, presentable, and dynamic Clinical Liaison Executive (Female) to represent our hospital and strengthen our doctor and referral networks. This is a field-based role with travel within the city and occasionally outstation to build strong healthcare relationships and drive patient inflow.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote hospital services. Build and maintain referral networks for patient acquisition. Organize CMEs, medical camps, and outreach programs. Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth referral handling and patient satisfaction. Maintain daily visit reports and achieve monthly business targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
: MBA (Marketing), MHA, B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharm, D. Pharm, BAMS, BHMS (or equivalent healthcare/business qualification).
Personality
: Smart, confident, presentable, and dynamic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable with fieldwork (city + outstation travel).
