Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on instruction and training to students in clinical settings.

Supervise and guide students during clinical practice to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare facilities, staff, and students.

Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and clinical experiences.

Coordinate with hospital/clinical supervisors to ensure smooth execution of training schedules.

Attend meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and teaching skills.

Mentor and counsel students, supporting their academic and career growth.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies, clinical guidelines, and safety standards.
