Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for clinical imaging and radiology workflows
Assist with troubleshooting imaging systems, PACS/RIS, and related applications
Support data analysis, validation, and reporting for radiology systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with clinical and imaging standards
Requirements:
Experience in Clinical Imaging / Radiology systems
Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7 (preferred)
Ability to provide remote job support independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to support Monday to Friday for 2 hours daily
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in healthcare IT or radiology analytics
Exposure to clinical workflows and imaging data management
