Key Responsibilities

Perform posture, mobility, strength & body?composition assessments. Create personalized exercise & wellness plans based on health goals. Deliver evidence?based exercise therapy Use advanced inch?loss/body?toning machines (training provided). Guide clients on posture, preventive exercises & lifestyle habits. Track progress, maintain accurate documentation & ensure client regularity. Collaborate with Dieticians & Doctors for holistic health outcomes.
