We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Dietician who will be responsible for assessing Client nutritional needs, developing personalized diet plans, and providing continuous nutritional support to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluate client dietary requirements.
Develop customized diet plans based on clinical conditions.
Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as necessary.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated care.
Provide diet counselling and education to patients and caregivers.
Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation.
Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality initiatives.
Ensure compliance with hospital standards and food safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition.
Ability to handle multiple client and work in a clinical environment.
