Main responsibilitiesWe believe in relation with the customer is important and we should make our client success.

• Responsible for the research related work with InBody.
• Handling queries for the researchers.
• Generating newsletters for the researchers.
• Planning, Organizing and Conducting Events to expand InBody's market awareness
• Preparing Training material for internal team and customers
• Conducting technical training for newcomers and sales team and customers
• Making a Sales and marketing materials for clinical sales.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of Events.
• Preparing In-house Training Material for InBody Team
• Conducting technical training for new joiners
• Preparing and conducting technical assessments for team members to keep them intact with Product knowledge

Qualification & Experience

• 2-5 years' experience in the medical or nutrition field
• Strong presentation skills in English and local language
• Good problem-solving skills

Skills required: -

• Analytical skills - Must keep up to date with the latest nutrition research. Should be able to interpret scientific studies and translate nutrition science into practical advice.
• Compassion - Must be caring and empathetic when helping team and clients
• Listening skills - Must listen carefully to understand clients' goals and concerns, as part of team to improve the sales, Team working skills
• Organizational skills - Should have the ability to stay organized.
