We are looking for a skilled and confident Clinical Dietitian who has experience in

diet counseling over phone calls

. The role involves guiding clients on diet plans, handling product-related queries, and supporting sales conversion through professional and knowledgeable communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

diet counseling

to clients through phone calls. Assess client requirements and prepare suitable

diet plans

. Guide clients regarding

products

, services, and treatment plans. Maintain detailed records of client progress and follow-up accordingly. Support

sales

by explaining suitable programs to clients. Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance. Work closely with the clinical and sales team to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition

. Prior experience in

telephonic diet counseling

preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage client calls efficiently. Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition guidelines.
