Qualification:- Masters in Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics

Experience:- 0- 2 years

Develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of patient's current health. Speaking to patients to learn about their health goals and dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions. Educate patients and family members on eating well and work with them to make sure that diets meet individual needs. Compiling information and tracking Patients progress towards their health goals. Entering patient information in patient database. Developing nutrition programs, supervise the preparation of meals and ensure that the proper meals are served, according to the patient /clients need. Deliver Patient nutrition recommendations to physicians, nurses and kitchen. Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines. Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly assessments of patients and adapt nutrition plans as needed. Managing a cost-effective food production operation, distributing high quality meals/snacks, and monitoring sanitation and safety standards in a food service setting. Provide nutritional education for Kitchen staffs and conducting meeting with regards to operational issues. Administrative tasks include menu development, maintaining the attendance records and duty roster, managing food service staff such as chefs, kitchen helps and service staff and also handling reports and complaints from the patients. Help to improve the nutritional quality of foods. Promote food safety and work with food law and regulations.
