1. To be responsible for the daily diet requirements of all patients.
2. To check and ensure general cleanliness of kitchen area utensils as well as crockery and cutlery.
3. To receive indents from each ward and maintain register accordingly.
4. To provide urgent request for diet of new patient.
5. To plan therapeutic menu along with other dietitians.
6. To Discuss patient's case with the Physician and Nursing Staff when necessary
7. To supervise cooking during duty hours, taste food and suggest improvement's
8. To supervise distribution of food to the wards.
9. To ensure that food served is always hygienic, attractive and hot/cold.
10.To visit patient in the wards daily, discuss dietary problems, and give advice.
11.To Make duty roster of dieticians
