1.

Detailed History of new patient

2.

Explanation of the procedure IUI / IVF advised to the patient

3.

Making sure investigation advised requisition to be given

4.

To fill form for IUI cycle & creation the cycle.

5.

In IVF case SQA, SF to be done

6.

Take consents after SIS procedure & explaining the procedure

7.

Explaining of Medication to the patient after consultation

8.

Assist Mock ET Procedure

9.

Assisting OPU procedures (sometimes)

10.

Co-ordinating with embryologist, Andrologist regarding SOA, SF, DFI & Embryo status.

11.

Informing Patient their status

12.

If Anything of test advised or any other investigation advised or any medication informing thepatient by calling & sending on Whatsapp.

13.

Filling of FET Files (IPD & OPD)

14.

Creation FET Cycle

15.

Follow up Entries of the day

16.

Updating BHCG cycles

17.

Checking if patient has taken medication on time.

18.

If any tricky case of IVF consent taking

19.

Consent taking if multiple follicle in case of IUI

20.

Medical Certificate

21.

Preparing of Discharge cards & prescriptions.

22. Completing the PCPNDT on daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
