-Clinic Coordinator Nurse

Your Role

As a clinic coordinator nurse, you will play a vital role not only in providing clinical care but also in supporting our front office, telemedicine services, and patient interactions. Your position is designed to offer a holistic, dynamic experience that combines professional nursing duties with patient engagement and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care to patients as per clinical guidelines.

Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.

Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate records.

Attend to incoming calls and handle patient inquiries politely and professionally.

Welcome and guide patients, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.

Assist with appointment scheduling and patient flow management.

Support telemedicine consultations by setting up and managing systems and virtual

visits.

Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and use hospital information systems

effectively.

Perform basic administrative tasks using MS Office.

Address patient doubts and explain treatment plans clearly.

Provide health-related education and care instructions when needed.

Accompany doctors to external visits in Technopark companies when required.

Assist with on-site treatment and health promotion activities.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Work Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM /10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Additional Expectations

Flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities beyond clinical care. Willingness to accompany doctors for outreach visits whenever needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
