Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Detailed History of new patient

2.

Explanation of the procedure IUI / IVF advised to the patient

3.

Financial Counselling in case IUI advised.

4.

Making sure investigation advised requisition to be given

5.

To fill form for IUI cycle & creation the cycle.

6.

In IVF case SQA, SF to be done

7.

Take consents after SIS procedure & explaining the procedure

8.

Explaining of Medication to the patient after consultation

9.

Assist Mock ET Procedure

10.

Assisting OPU procedures (sometimes)

11.

Co-ordinating with embryologist, Andrologist regarding SOA, SF, DFI & Embryo status.

12.

Informing Patient their status

13.

If Anything of test advised or any other investigation advised or any medication informing the patient by calling.

14.

Filling of FET Files (IPD & OPD)

15.

Creation FET Cycle

16.

Follow up Entries of the day

17.

Updating BHCG cycles

18.

Task Calling

19.

Coordinating if fresh transfer

20.

Checking if patient has taken medication on time.

21.

Explaining of ERA Cycle.

Calling.

Attending Calls of the patient when on the floor Calling Patient and informing their reports Calling referral doctors regarding planned FET, OPU, IUI procedures. Calling recipient couple in case of donor OPU Concern call to BHCG +ve patient & keeping track of LB Investigation Call Calling recipient couple when about to start a donor, informing updates Calling patient for freezing status If time changes of Trigger calling patient to update the time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹52,634.08 per month
