Job Responsibilities:

Record detailed history of new patients in the software. Explain clinical procedures (IUI, IVF, ERA, Mock ET, SOS, PGS, PGD, biopsy, etc.) to patients. Conduct financial counselling for IUI cases. Prepare requisition slips for investigations advised. Maintain follicular monitoring sheets and create cycles in the software for OPU & IUI. Coordinate with the IVF Lab and explain lab procedures (SQA, SF, DFI, embryo culture, etc.) to patients before and after procedures. Obtain patient consents for SIS, embryo shifting, PGS/PGD, semen or embryo discarding, and freezing renewals. Explain medication post-consultation. Assist consultants during all medical procedures (IUI, OPU, FET, ET, SIS, Mock ET, etc.). Conduct physical examinations and update patient files (IPD/OPD) and software records. Maintain daily patient follow-up notes and ensure completion of all follow-up calls up to BHCG-positive confirmation. Coordinate fresh embryo transfer cases between the lab, consultants, and patients. Monitor patient adherence to prescribed medication schedules. Provide referral slips for ANC scans post BHCG-positive results. Handle patient queries (in-person and telephonic). Communicate critical investigation results or medication updates to patients. Contact referral doctors regarding scheduled ET/FET/OPU/IUI procedures. Manage donor and recipient coordination during OPU cycles. Track and follow up with BHCG-positive patients till live birth. Maintain embryo and semen freezing status updates. Inform patients about OPU trigger timings. Prepare and issue medical certificates with consultant signatures. Draft discharge summaries and prescriptions. Prepare monthly MIS/MCR presentations and weekly result outcome data.
