. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed audiological evaluations (PTA, Speech Audiometry, Tympanometry, OAE, BERA)
Diagnose hearing and balance disorders in pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices
Provide counseling to patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
Perform follow-up assessments and hearing aid adjustments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Coordinate with ENT specialists and other medical professionals
Adhere to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and hygiene practices
Qualifications
BASLP / MASLP degree from a recognized institution
Valid
RCI registration
(mandatory)
Sound knowledge of clinical audiology procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in clinical or hospital-based audiology
Hands-on experience with digital hearing aids
Ability to manage pediatric and geriatric cases
Basic computer proficiency
