To provide Clinical Applications Training to customers.
To provide Clinical Case Support during patient treatments at clinics.
To implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization.
To document and manage all relevant customer activities within the CRM system.
To host customer site visits at reference sites.
To conduct system testing on-site if required.
To troubleshoot product issues at customer sites and identify any product usability issues.
To communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company
To document complaints according to QMS processes.
To support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
To represent the company and products at trade shows and exhibitions
To install software upgrades.
When required, to set-up, install and test systems/devices.
To support clinic/hospital staff to test and operate devices/equipment.
To trouble-shoot problems for the customers.
To perform any other task time to time assigned by Reporting Head/Director-Service/Director-Sales/Head Operations.
These aesthetic Devices are used by Dermatologist & Plastic Surgeons.
