Key Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical application support for medical devices, diagnostic systems, or clinical solutions Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training for clinicians and healthcare staff Support clinical evaluations, trials, and validation activities Assist healthcare professionals in optimizing product usage for accurate and efficient outcomes Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with technical or service teams Develop and maintain clinical documentation, training materials, and usage reports Act as a key clinical interface between internal teams and end users
Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in a clinical application, product training, or clinical support role Hands-on exposure to hospital, diagnostic, or laboratory environments Strong ability to communicate complex clinical information in a simple, practical manner Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced clinical settings
