Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. To provide demonstration and application support to end users and hospital staff.
2. To troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the equipment on time.
3. To ensure customer satisfaction during the demonstration and usage of the equipment.
4. Create weekly reports and projections on activities.
5. Work closely with the sales team, marketing team and service team to identify opportunities, KOLs, and to fulfil end-user demands.
6. To provide support in conferences, CME programs and periodic preventive maintenance.
7. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively up to 75% or more.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Must be well-versed with critical care and OR equipment and products.
10. Prior experience in the application/installation/service of Ventilators and Anaesthesia workstations is a plus.
11. Should be able to work independently.
12. Product knowledge on Maquet, Drager, GE, and Hamilton ventilators is preferred.
