Clinical and Paramedical education portfolio

and invites applications from

senior clinical academicians

for the role of

Clinical Academic Head / Senior Faculty

.

This leadership role involves

academic planning, clinical training oversight, faculty mentoring, and regulatory coordination

for UG & PG programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

academic strategy, curriculum planning, and quality improvement

initiatives Oversee

laboratory development, practical training, and clinical exposure

Deliver

classroom and clinical teaching

for UG & PG programs Mentor faculty, guide

research projects, and PhD scholars

Coordinate with

NEP, BOS, UGC, and other academic/regulatory bodies

Support accreditation, audits, and academic governance activities

Eligibility & Preferred Background

MBBS / MDS / MD / PhD

in

Allied Health Sciences / Clinical Sciences

6+ years

of combined

clinical and academic experience

Prior experience in

UG/PG teaching or academic leadership

preferred Strong exposure to

clinical training, patient care, or allied healthcare education

Malayalam proficiency (read, write, speak)

required for local coordination
